Who We Are
Bridges to Brilliance ("we", "us") provides a skills and career assessment platform designed to empower neurodiverse individuals toward independent living. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly to us, including:
- Account information: your name, email address, and login credentials.
- Assessment responses, including personal details you choose to share and answers to skills and daily-living questions.
- Profile and resume information you choose to add, such as work history, education, and skills.
- Messages, feedback, and meeting requests you send through the platform, including messages to AI tools.
How We Use Your Information
- To generate your assessment results and personalized career recommendations.
- To allow our qualified staff and clinicians to review your profile and support you.
- To communicate with you about your assessment, interviews, and services.
- To improve the platform and the quality of our assessments.
We do not sell your personal information.
Sensitive Information
Assessment responses may reflect health-related or disability-related information. Your responses are available to you and to authorized team members who support the assessment process. Providers that operate the app or deliver its features may also process information as described below.
How We Share Information
Authorized team members, including assessment and clinical staff, may access the information needed to support you. Providers that host the app, send service emails, and power optional AI tools may process information to provide those features. When you use an AI assistant, your message and relevant context may be sent to an AI provider to generate a reply. We may also disclose information if required by law.
Data Security & Retention
Access to app records is managed by account roles, and data is transmitted over encrypted connections. We retain information while it is needed to provide services and to meet applicable obligations. You can submit a deletion request from the Account section of your Profile page. A request is reviewed by the team; submitting it does not immediately delete your account or records.
Your Rights & Choices
- You can view your account details on your Profile page. To request a correction, use Support & Feedback there.
- To ask us to delete your account and related data, choose "Request account deletion" in the Account section of your Profile page. Your account stays active while the request is pending, and you can withdraw it before it is processed. The team handles removal separately and can explain whether any information must be retained.
- You can ask for a copy of your information using Support & Feedback on your Profile page.
- You can send privacy questions or concerns through Support & Feedback.
Children's Privacy
The platform is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us so we can remove it.

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the updated version here and revise the "Last updated" date above.
